2. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, measurements, colors, and images.

However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography.

Minor variations in measurements are normal and acceptable. Unless otherwise stated, a measurement tolerance of ±1–3 cm may occur due to the production process and shall not be considered a defect.

3. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the provided size chart before making a purchase.

We strongly recommend comparing the measurements with a similar garment you already own.

Purchases made in the wrong size due to failure to review the size chart are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.

Wolths* reserves the right to adjust pricing, promotions, discounts, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders

Once an order has been successfully placed and paid for, it enters our fulfillment process.

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after payment has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if:

Product inventory is unavailable
Payment cannot be verified
Fraudulent activity is suspected
Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed
The order violates these Terms & Conditions

6. Payment

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received and successfully verified.

Failure to complete payment may result in automatic order cancellation.

7. Shipping

Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Wolths* is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier services
Customs inspections
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Other circumstances beyond our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Wolths* is not liable for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses or contact information.

8. Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, estimated production and shipping timelines are provided as guidance only.

Delays may occur due to manufacturing, material sourcing, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

By purchasing a pre-order item, customers acknowledge and accept potential timeline adjustments.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Personal preference
Minor measurement variations within the stated tolerance
Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality

Refunds or exchanges may only be considered if:

The wrong item was received
The item arrives with a major manufacturing defect
The item arrives significantly damaged

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

10. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for any claim regarding missing items, incorrect items, damaged products, or manufacturing defects, customers must provide:

One continuous, unedited video
Starting before the package is opened
Showing the shipping label clearly
Showing the entire unboxing process
Showing the condition of the item received

Claims submitted without a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Photos alone are not sufficient evidence for refund, replacement, or exchange requests.

11. Returned Items

If a return or exchange request is approved, the item must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
Complete with all original tags and packaging

Wolths* reserves the right to reject returned items that do not meet these requirements.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

Logos
Product designs
Graphics
Images
Text
Branding elements

are the exclusive property of Wolths* and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolths* shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
